Customization & Production – All our products are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of handmade work.
Order Confirmation – Once an order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations or changes can be made.
Payment Policy – Half payment is required before we begin production. We accept UPI/ Bank Transfer.
Delivery Time: As each piece is handcrafted, there may be a delay in delivery, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Return & Refund – Since our products are personalized, we follow a no return, no refund policy. However, if there is a defect or issue, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Privacy Policy – We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.
