At Nyah Clothing, each piece is custom-made with care, tailored to your measurements and design preferences. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds on customized products. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re happy to assist with alterations if needed.

• If you experience any fitting issues, we’re happy to make the necessary alterations.
   
• Please inform us within 2 days of delivery.
   
• We will arrange a pickup (if applicable) or guide you on how to send it back for alteration.
   

• As all garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
   
• Please make sure the design and measurements are finalized before we begin production.
   

• In the rare case of a wrong or damaged item delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos. We’ll review and resolve it promptly.
